To ensure that issues are resolved as efficiently as possible, please follow these steps in order:

  1. Use the Ticket System: For a structured and methodical resolution process, please create a ticket in our ticketing system (H-User ID / U-User ID and password required for login). This is the preferred method for receiving quick responses.

  2. Email Support: If the ticket system is unavailable, you can contact us via email.

  3. For urgent Issues in Active Courses: Problems occurring during an active course session are considered emergencies. In such cases, you may also use our hotline to reach us directly.
