Our key partners

SAP University Alliances (SAP UA) enables faculties and teachers at educational institutions and partners around the world to educate next generation talents with SAP skills for the intelligent enterprise and the experience economy, engage with SAP events, build industry partnerships, launch graduates in the SAP ecosystem, and inspire young thinkers. Since 2003, the SAP UCC at the TU Munich and SAP UA are partners in hosting SAP systems and cloud solutions pre-configured for classroom teaching, as well as curricula for classroom training. Therefore SAP UCC at TU Munich is continously supporting the Associate and Full Members of SAP UA member universities both in EMEA and DACH regions. SAP UA offers SAP Young Thinkers initiative to encourage pupils creating interest in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.

IBM and SAP have a prolific 40-year partnership with a rich history of innovation, and the latest collaboration adopted by TUM is a game changer. The SAP University Competence Center (UCC) deployed IBM Power Systems to support its cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite solutions offered as cloud services, to enable hands-on learning. In this partnership, we offer practical courses in cooperation with IBM both in summer and winter semesters. The topics include Data-Science and Machine Learning with open-source technologies as well as tools from IBM. An experience report in Teaching Machine Learning was also published successfully at the European Conference of Machine Learning (ECML2021).
